Perfect location in the centre of the city, very helpful staff, everything was fine. The atmosphere created was quiet. Small double room was neat and extremely pleasant had down pillows. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were really useful.

I loved the communal lounge with its fancy LCD TV, perfect for those important couch potato moments. The shaded terrace in the garden was a sanctuary for my morning coffee. The free WiFi provided hours of entertainment, and the shared kitchen was great for late-night snacking.

The only downside was that the bathroom was so small, it felt like a game of Twister trying to fit in there. But hey, who needs personal space anyway?

guest house roki & diva was a delightful surprise! our previous stay in zadar was good, but this exceeded all expectations. the location was super convenient, close to the bus station, old town, and the beach. roki was an excellent host, providing helpful advice and even picking us up from the bus terminal. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with air con, tv, and a balcony. overall, a perfect stay for a date night in zadar.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, even meeting us at the bus station and providing assistance throughout our stay. The kitchen/living room area was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and relax.- The private room had all the necessary amenities and was clean and comfortable.

The shower directly above the toilet was a bit inconvenient, but the bathroom dried quickly and there was a larger shared bathroom available as an alternative.
